Delivery For delivery of 1 hamper/gift to one address the charges are shown against each gift. 
For delivery of more than one hamper/gift of any size to one address the charge is the gift’s delivery price band (+VAT) for the first hamper/gift and £3.50 for each subsequent hamper/gift. (excludes individually named recipients - see below)
Delivery is FREE for 25 or more gifts to the same address.
Individually named recipients at the same address will be charged the delivery band rate for the gift ordered.
Delivery information applies to Mainland UK addresses only – Non Mainland UK destinations will incur a surcharge.
This includes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and off shore islands (e.g. Isle of Wight). 

Please ring for details. Please note we do not dispatch fresh food items to these destinations.

We can offer delivery service to Continental Addresses, but please contact us first for costs; this includes Eire and Channel Islands.  
It is of enormous help to us to receive your address lists in a standard electronic format. We can send you the required form for completion. 

GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY

All goods dispatched are controlled by a computerised tracking system and have to be signed for on delivery. 
Damaged or lost goods are replaced, free of charge.
However, accurate information from you is vital. Please ensure that addresses and telephone numbers are clearly typed. Telephone numbers are extremely helpful and should be provided if available.

Our delivery system is based on postcodes. Please help us to help you by providing accurate, clearly written postcodes.

Delivery charges are correct at the time of publication, but are subject to change without notification. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Gifts requiring re-delivery through no fault of ourselves may incur an extra charge.
Gift Personalisation We are able to personalise all the gifts in our brochure with your name, logo or special message. The minimum order for this service is 20 standard gifts (may be mixed); or in quantities specified in the brochure (cool bags, personalised Champagne).

The printed price allows for up to two colour print (unless otherwise stated).

If you order more than 50 gifts, printing is FREE (does not apply to printing cool bags & Personalised Champagne).

ARTWORK FORMATS

To enable quick and trouble free printing of your logo, we require your artwork to be sent in one of the following formats:- Adobe Illustrator/EPS, Freehand, Coreldraw.  With all fonts converted to outlines (curves).  
This can be e-mailed to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or sent on Floppy Disc, CD or e-mail in either PC or MAC format. A hard copy should then be sent in the post to give us a guide of what is required and include an accurate colour breakdown (Pantone References). 
Failure to send this could result in a delay to meeting your order requirement date.

All artwork/layouts will be e-mailed or fax proofed to the customer for approval before printing commences.

All artwork sent in incorrect format will be returned.

If digital artwork is not available, it might be possible to work from a letterhead, although this could incur an extra charge.

PAYMENT

By cheque with order, unless an approved credit account has been established.
Most credit cards are also accepted, but with a surcharge of 2% to the inc. VAT order value.
Switch cards do not attract a surcharge.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Every effort will be made to supply the items displayed in the photographs. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal quality and value.

VAT AND DUTY

VAT and Duty is charged at the current rate (April 2009) and may be subject to change. Some gifts contain zero rated food items. On these items a percentage VAT rate has been calculated.
