Delivery costs are as shown against each gift for a standard delivery service, arriving with you or your nominated recipient(s) within 5 working days (or sooner) - unless a specific week has been requested.
You can order delivery for any available week in the future. Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date. If a specific week has been nominated then delivery will take place within that week, up to 5pm on the Friday of that week
Delivery is free if 25 gifts or more are being delivered to the same address.
If different individuals are nominated for delivery at the same address then the individual gift delivery rate will apply.
General Delivery Information for all orders
We can deliver to any postal address in the UK. We only deliver within the UK, we do not deliver to Europe or the Rep. of Ireland (unless expressly asked so to do – a separate delivery quotation will be issued).
Please note - We do not offer a same day delivery service.
Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange re-delivery. This will be done twice.
Gifts sent to hospitals, schools, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.

Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We take great care to ensure that our food and wine gifts leave us in peak condition.
If you have chosen to include a personal message with the gift, it will be printed on a suitable card included with the gift, attached to the outside of the gift.

If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after receipt.
We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days, either by replacing the gift or refunding your money. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.
The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Making A Purchase
This site has been designed to make ordering gifts in the CSBG Limited (Hampers-Direct-UK) range as easy and convenient as possible. Simply select your choice of gift(s), click on the "Add to cart" button, proceed to checkout, fill in your details and leave the rest to us. Your beautifully securely transit boxed gifts will be sent by guaranteed courier to any address (or addresses) in the UK - 5 days a week.
We can take orders weeks and months in advance on our sophisticated ordering system.

Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland.
However, there is a surcharge for delivering “offshore” –ring +44 (0)845 450 0436 for a quotation.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.
We are unable to deliver any item outside the UK, including Republic of Ireland (unless expressly asked so to do – a separate delivery quotation will be issued).
How much does delivery cost?

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered.
How will my gift be delivered?
All items are sent in custom made boxes to protect them during transit.
How can I check they have been delivered?
We can track Delivery items. If you email us or call our customer service department they can track the order for you.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can order online for any week ending date in advance.
Has my order gone through?
If you order is successful you should receive an automated email from the website including your order confirmation in PDF format. You can also check the status of your order at any time from within the "Your account" area (the link is in the top right hand corner of the page).
How do I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online unfortunately.
Which cards do you accept?
We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, , Visa purchasing, Solo, Switch/Maestro and JCB.
Can I pay with American Express?
No – we do not accept American Express
Is payment secure?
Yes, we use Protx one of the world's leading online payment service provider. All payments are encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the users browser using 128bit SSL.

Can I include a message?
Yes, all orders can include a personal message card. You can enter this message when adding the item to the cart. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included.
Where will the message be located?
The message will be printed on a gift card inside the “Documents Enclosed” wallet on the outside of the gift.
